Delivery Charges:

• Within Dhaka City: 70 Taka.
• Outside Dhaka: 120 Taka via Pathao Courier, 150 Taka via Sundarban/SA Paribahan.
• For orders outside Dhaka, the delivery charge must be paid in advance through bKash. The remaining amount can be paid upon receiving the product. After dispatching through the courier service, the slip number will be shared with you in inbox.

Our Delivery Process:

• We do not have our own delivery personnel; we use third-party services.
• Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days.
• Please keep your phone switched on. When the delivery person calls, kindly collect your product.

During Delivery:

• Since we rely on third-party delivery services, please check the product at the time of receiving.
• If you find any defect, wrong product, or missing items, you must inform us immediately in front of the delivery person (Call: 01402811985, available 10 AM – 6 PM).
• Once the delivery person leaves, it becomes very difficult for us to arrange a return or replacement.

After Opening the Product:

• If any defect is found after opening, we will replace it free of charge as quickly as possible.
